INSTRUCTIONS:

• Choose your Premier Fee payment, fill in player’s name and age group, click add to cart (verify information is correct).

• If paying Out of District Fee, Premier Camp and/or other Premier players, click ‘Continue Shopping’. You should be returned to the ‘Premier - Online Payment’ page.

• When you are finished ‘adding to cart’, click on ‘proceed to check out’.  You have the option of paying with credit card or paying with your PayPal account.
