About MSC

We are some 2,000 soccer players, their parents and families, coaches, assistant coaches, referees and administrators. We live in Mandeville, Covington, Lacombe, Abita Springs, Slidell and Madisonville. We range in age from five to seventy-five, but most of us are kids under the age of nineteen. Most of our coaches are volunteer moms and dads, but we also have professional coaches and we sponsor continuing education of coaches during the year. We also have nearly 100 referees who help us play, and we also sponsor certification courses to assist new volunteers become referees with us.

The day to day operations of the club are managed by a professional staff.    You may contact the office by either by phone, 985-624-8080 or email, admin@mscsoccer.org. We also have a professional coaching staff whose info can be found on the Coaching Directors page.

The Club is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of nine elected officers.  You may access their contact information by going to the Board of Directors page.

Our Club also relies upon our Age Group Directors (AGD’s) who manage each specific age group and sex, and our 200+ coaches, their assistants, managers and other parent volunteers to keep our program on track. As you can see, this is a big operation and we can use all the help we can get. If you would like to donate some time and help us, we would appreciate your contacting the office and offering your services. Without volunteers, we could not do anything!

In our years since forming, MSC has established a tradition and history in the Northshore Community.

MSC is governed by a set of By-Laws or what we term a Membership Guide.  We also abide by our Articles of Incorporation from which the club was formed.  By-Laws are changed by a majority vote of the board.
