U11 - U14 NRSL

U11 (2015) - U14 (2012) teams play in the Northshore Recreational Soccer League (NRSL). The NRSL was established by area soccer clubs to promote inter club play for recreational players. The NRSL goal is to provide the older recreational soccer player, with a friendly and competitive atmosphere as they advance in their recreational career. Teams play home games at Pelican Park and travel locally for away games. The NRSL members include STYSA, MSC, SYSC, Abita, MYB, CYSA, and PRSC

Recreational teams U12 - U14 practice two times per week and have games on the weekend in the NRSL. Players are coached by parent volunteers with guidance from our Recreational Director Betsy Jacketti.

As with the MSC U7 - U10 programming, U11 - U14 continues to increase in age appropriate field dimensions and the number of players on the field.

Playing field environment:

U11 - U12 9v9 (goalkeeper)

U13 - U14 11v11 (goalkeeper)

Players in our MSC Recreational soccer program continue to develop from an individual and team perspective. In the U11 - U14 age groups, we evaluate our players to balance teams, creating a positive experience for all players and families.
